I was doing a bunch of editing on my page. When I tried to save my settings, I got a 404 Not Found error. Now, I can't access any of my WP admin settings, and my blog is missing all of the content {http://www.justmycrazykitchen.com/wp}. All I've done today was edit the theme and some widgets, and it was working fine.

Looks like you may have been trying to remove the "/wp" directory from the URLs in your dashboard. If that's the case, you'll first need to to fix the URLs, then you can either properly move word press to root, or serve it from root (if one of those is your goal).

    Some instructions for doing both:

    Changing The Site URL

    Moving WordPress

    Giving WordPress Its Own Directory
