but I don’t have one – I used to have a WP installation on my root directory but last night I managed to accidently delete EVERYTHING in my www, so this morning I had my hosting company reset everything to ‘factory’ settings.

I just used fantastico to remove the installation, it says there isnt one now, then I used mysql database control panel to remove the DB, and it now says N/a (as in i do not have a data base) so why wont it let me install a new one? How can i remove whatever it is thats still lurking?

    Thank you

for anyone with the same problem, delete ‘installed-in-root.php’ out of the folder: fantasticodata

It will automatically create another file of the same name after you install your new database

    RESOLVED NOW!
