   is working properly. It should show ‘XML‑RPC server accepts POST requests only.’
   on a line by itself when viewed in a browser and should not have any blank links
   or extra output anywhere.
    The plugin is not registered on wordpress.com with
   any standard theme

 * There seems to be an issue with communicating with your xmlrpc.php file. To rule
   any issues with that file, can you please reinstall WordPress from your Dashboard-
   > Updates page? Also, ask your host if they block any connections to the xmlrpc.
   php file.
