I’m going through the same problem as this topic, I’ve already followed all the steps.
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/involid-argument-sidebar-menu-php-on-line-88/
How do I make the wordpress database account be set to “admin”?
The problem continue:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/escoteirosorg/public_html/buscaescoteira/wp/wp-content/plugins/wp-mail-bank/lib/sidebar-menu.php on line 76
Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/escoteirosorg/public_html/buscaescoteira/wp/wp-content/plugins/wp-mail-bank/lib/sidebar-menu.php:76) in /home/escoteirosorg/public_html/buscaescoteira/wp/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1179
Hi,
Follow these steps :
1) Please completely delete the plugin from your WordPress site.
2) Go to your phpmyadmin database and look for the table XYZ_options(XYZ being the random security number in front of all my DB tables).
3) Search “%mail-bank-version-number%” in option_name and then delete this option.
4) Delete any tables if they starts with XYZ_mail_bank(XYZ being the random security number in front of all my DB tables).
5) Re-install the Plugin
These should fix the problem.
Please let us know if you still face issues.
Thanks

WP Mail Bank
I already did this, when I go to install, it appears:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach () in /home/escoteirosorg/public_html/buscaescoteira/wp/wp-content/plugins/wp-mail-bank/lib/sidebar-menu.php on line 76
Warning: Can not modify header information already exists by / Home / escoteirosorg / public_html / searchescoteira / wp / wp-includes / pluggable.php on line 1179
As quoted, when I go in settings the plugin appears:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach () in /home/escoteirosorg/public_html/buscaescoteira/wp/wp-content/plugins/wp-mail-bank/lib/sidebar-menu.php on line 76
You are not allowed to access this page.
I shared the link from a similar one, where the person says something related to the database administrator, strange why I have admin access, it is as if the plugin does not recognize the Administered.
The similar case link is this:

Problem partially resolved, now does not send emails to some domains, have seen something like that?
