Error WP-Lister Lite for eBay

    Hi guys

    I have a problem when I want to add a product to Ebay.

    Error : Invalid duration . (# 83 )
    The duration of “14” day ( s ) is not available for this type of ad , or is invalid for the category ” 179697 ” .

    I ‘ve tried to put in duration time ” GTC ” but does not work .

    Why this may be due ?

    I am happy to assist you today.

    Error #83 is thrown when you use a duration that is not valid for the category or listing type. For example, some categories don’t allow you to use 7 day auctions or 30 days fixed price listings. While some listing types don’t allow certain duration. Like good til cancelled cannot be used for an auction. Whatever listing type / category you are using / listing to, “14 day duration” and GTC is not allowed. This tells me you must have your listing type set to “Auction”. If you want to list an auction it sounds like 7 days or 10 days may work, but you cannot do 14 days for an auction in this category and you cannot use GTC for auctions either. If you want to list a fixed price listing change the “Type” field to “Fixed-Price” then try “GTC” as the “Listing duration”.

    Good afternoon.
    First of all , Thanks for answering .

    If I understand correctly I should put a fixed price , the problem is that I have already set as a fixed price .

    I attached some pictures so you can view the configuration of a product and profile . I would thank you for review and I could comment on what I was wrong .

    I cannot make out everything in your screenshots as it is not in English.

    – Send in a ticket here: Submit Support Request
