 * I have this error message

   wwwroot/in c:\Domains\mydomain\wwwroot\wp-admin\includes\file.php on line 918.
 * I have checked in

   define(‘FS\_CHMOD\_DIR’, ( fileperms( ABSPATH ) & 0777 | 0755 ) );**_ if ( !

 * Please advise how to solve this issue.

    The issue is probably due to index.php and .htaccess not being
   copied corectly (or at all). please follow the thread [https://wordpress.org/support/topic/fileperms-stat-failed](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/fileperms-stat-failed)
