    okay … i am trying to change define(‘DB_CHARSET’, ‘utf8’);
    to define(‘DB_CHARSET’, ‘windows1251’); so i can post posts in russian language .. this worked for me like 2 months ago… but now. when im changeing define(‘DB_CHARSET’, ‘utf8’); to define(‘DB_CHARSET’, ‘windows1251’); the design of website becomes messed up. but the language is working . any ideas?
