# Unable to Login since update to v 2.08…

 * Hello,
 * I updated my version of Profile Builder to 2.08, and now every time a user tries
   to log in, they are getting the following error:
 * ERROR: Please enter a CAPTCHA value.
 * And there is no Captcha on this Login page. Can someone please assist?

 * Try and disable the captcha plugin. My best guess is that it is a conflict.
 * Also, you could try with another captcha plugin and see if that solves it.

 * I can confirm conflicts with captcha. I wasn’t able to login displaying the login
   with shortcode on a page.

 * Thanks wenetwork! I concur, as I just deactivated the captcha plugin and logging
   in was fine again. That’s unfortunate because captcha works well and is really
   popular with website owners…any other suggestions while I too search for others?
   I’ll also check with the captcha supporters for assistance as well…
