    I’ve been using this plugin for a few months now, and until a week or so ago it was working fine.

    However, now it keeps giving me the following error when I try and post a new article to Apple News:

    There has been an error with the API: WRONG_SIGNATURE

    Yet the settings page for the plugin seems to have my channel ID, public key and secret key saved fine, with the data inputted matching that on my Apple News account perfectly.

    And that’s not all that’s happening either. Despite entering this data already, it seems to reset itself after every few weeks or so. As in, I’ll get another error, return to the settings page and suddenly find some of the text boxes are blank. What’s more, this also applies to the text box for my email address in the debugging settings there, which prevents me from saving the page without entering it again.

    So does anyone have any ideas why this might be happening? Because it’s likely hurting my traffic a fair bit, and I’ve tried quite a few other things to try and fix the issue as well (like re-entering/triple checking any settings, republishing from the Apple News article list, etc).

    There’s no functionality in the plugin that would remove your data. You’ll have to troubleshoot this with your web host as there is clearly some process that’s removing your data behind the scenes and unrelated to the plugin. Unfortunately, I can’t offer you more help on this.
