 * I’ve just started receiving errors like this when publishing new posts in WordPress.
   I’m running a similar setup on a number of other sites and haven’t experienced
   the same error on those sites.
 * `There has been an error with the API: FAILED_TO_PARSE_IMAGE - Resource with
   URI [bundle://MixedCulture2018FirstPour.jpg] is not a supported format.`
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Ferror-with-the-api-failed_to_parse_image%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)
   to see the link]_

 * Can you ensure that the image is actually a JPG and is not mis-named? Do you
   have problems with this image in any other utilities?

 * They are JPG images.
 * Could it be because they’re in a Divi photo gallery? They can be seen in the
   URL I included in the first post. I have other pages it has failed on too. Appears
   they all involve the gallery.

 * Hi [@problemsolved](https://wordpress.org/support/users/problemsolved/)—
 * Apologies for the delay in responding. It has been a very busy fall. Can you
   try again with the Remote Images setting turned on? That would allow the app
   to download the image directly rather than trying to bundle it up and send it
   to Apple.
