That’s a bit too far and you really need to try some troubleshooting first. I do not recommend that anyone hand over their installation like that. * When you get access like that _you_ become responsible for the user’s installation and if anything breaks are you ready to fix it and provide support going forward? * When you enable debug do you see those errors on your installation? This might be either template related issue or conflict with another plugin. We will require temporary Admin access to check it out and solve it. And if the problem is our plugin-related we plan to release an update with the fix, so that our future users will not face it. We want our user to have the best user experience and are doing our best to fix their issue as soon as possible. That was our mistake and we found all errors that you mentioned. Yesterday we have updated our plugin and all errors was fixed so feel free to use it with enabled debug.
