Error with Shortcode – Register/Login on Same Page
-
I’m not good with coding, I know just enough to do basic things and to Google the rest. Having said that, and after searching all day for this, I’m trying to place my Login and Register forms on the same page (https://www.recoverybees.com/register/).
I’m using a custom form for register made by Forminator. Logging in logs customers into woocommerce, buddypress, and wpforo.
I used the [theme-my-login] and [theme-my-login default_action=”login”] shortcodes (both together and separately). The login form appears above my registration form, but when I try to sign in, it throws back registration errors, “please add email,” “please add username,” “please add password,” even though the login form only asks for username and password.
I am on a separate browser, not logged in, and cleared search history, and I’ve tried everything else I can think of.
An amended shortcode would be ideal!
The reason I want the login and register on the same page is because Woocommerce default link is login/register when not logged in, and not two separate links. I don’t want my visitors to have to bounce all around my site.
The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
