   tag `[/mailpoet_signup_consent]` is visible on the page.

   version of the plugin. Now you should be able to mark the field as required in
   the tag generator form.

   and the generated code should look like this `[mailpoet_signup_consent* mailpoet_signup_consent]

 * Thank you for your quick reply.
   I was missing `*` in the closing tag – fields
   usually don’t need one there.
