Error with Plugin Yith Product Add-ons & Extra Options

    Hello,
    I am preparing an online store and I have been using your plugin “Product Add-ons & Extra Options”. Until now everything was working well, but I have been adding many more options to other products, and I see that now those extras are not added to the final shopping cart in the price for each option chosen. It does show the price increase of each option on the product page, but it does not add those extras to the shopping cart.
    I don’t know what could have happened to make it not work correctly now.
    Could you guide me with this matter?

    Hello there,

    I hope you’re doing well :D.

    I checked your site and seems you’re using an ajax add to cart that maybe prevent to our plugin to add the price also on cart page.

    As far I can see, the addons are not added to the cart and maybe for this reason, the price is not calculated.

    Could you make a test and use the default add to cart and not use ajax on product pages?

    Hello,
    The addons are added to the order, you can see it by placing an order, but the price is not added on the order page.
    I have tried, as you tell me, to disable the ajax add to cart, but it works the same, the price of the extras is not added.
    There must be some other problem.

    I have not such plugin and I do not have any special setting:

    • Options position in product page Before “Add to cart”
    • In WooCommerce pages show “Select options” button
    • All other General setting: Off
    • Total price box: Show product price and total options (tried others but nothing)

    Cart & Order:

    • Show options in the cart: On
    • Rest options Off

    It have been working fine for years. Did not changed any option and did not installed any new plugin and suddenly stopped working

    Try update 4.14.2, it fixed my problem. It’s a fresh release, about 8 hours.

    Yes, I have verified that the store now adds up the costs of extras in orders well.
