Error with plugin

    HI,

    When I update the plugin, I immediately get an email saying that this plug in is causing an error on the website.
    Each time I have tried to deactivate or delete the plugin I lose all variations on variable products and the plugins page only shows half of the plug ins that are actually installed on my site (which means I can’t go back and re-activate it).

    Before the latest update of this plugin, the plug in was not even visible on my plugins page, it only became visible again after I did the recent update.

    This is the error message I am getting:

    Hi @colourcascadefabrics,

    Our plugin has been updated with the latest version on both our test site and live demo. You can check our live demo here https://demo.wpclever.net/woosw/

    We have receive some reports about issues with the recent updates, however, upon closer look, we found that the theme they are using caused a conflict with the latest version of WooCommerce.

    So please:

    Step 1: Create a full backup of your site and keep it in a safe place.

    Step 2: check if you have updated all plugins on your site to the latest versions.

    Step 3: clear both your site’s and browser’s caches/cookies.

    Step 4: try to deactivate your current theme and switch to the Storefront theme by Automattic to see if the issue was caused by the theme or not.
