# Error with payment gateway

 * I just installed the plugin because I’m getting a lot of spam reviews, although
   just on one specific product. And after I installed it I got this error reported
   to me with the payment gateway:

 * How to set up the plugin so that it blocks the spam reviews but does not interfere
   with payments?

 * Pleaase deactivate the “Encode conttact data” option in the plugin settings:
 * WordPress Dashboard → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Advanced settings
 * Then clear the cache.
