# Error with Orange box

 * We continue to get an error with an orange box on all of our forms. We have captcha
   installed, aksimet installed (as stated in the CF7 support page, and super cache.
   Any ideas?
 * Error message reads Filed to send your message. Please try later or contact the
   administrator by another method.
 * Form address is [http://www.extescapes.com/contact-us](http://www.extescapes.com/contact-us)
 * We also are clearing the cache out manually too.

 * I have wp 3.5.1 and CF7 3.3.3. Nothing changes when I remove the cache plugin.
   I still cannot send forms.

 * Yes and I added in the akismet:author tags per the support docs

 * So, Akismet is working. OK. Then try submitting from another computer.

 * still didnt work. I am using a shape5 theme/framework. Any issues that you know
   of there?

 * Try switching theme to the default one just in case. If possible, deactivate 
   all other plugins than Contact Form 7 and Akismet. Also, have you tried submiting
   from another location (network)?

 * Still did not work when I changed themes. I will try another network and let 
   you know.
