    I checked and I had everything worked until end of may.
    I think I didn’t change anything..
    nowadays I receive this error:
    5.7.3 Authentication unsuccessful [AM3PR05CA0089.eurprd05.prod.outlook.com]

    I checked password and username. Works fine, and I can login via Browser to this E-Mail Account.

    Type: SMTP
    MAilertype: PostSMTP
    Outgoing Mail Server Hostname: smtp.office365.com
    Port: 587
    Envelope-From Email Address: Same Email adress im login with.
    Security STARTTLS
    Authentication LOGIN

    Username: xx
    PW: xx

    Everything looks great, did you did anything on the period it stopped working?

    Changing web hosting? Installed a plugin?

    Not that I know about, maybe change some settings in Exchange, but I allready check them and can’t find an error.
    Same webhost, also I deactivate all Plugins to check if there is any problem.

    it’s very strange to me…

    Hi, did you get this resolved?
    I am trying to set up the plugin for the first time, using Office 365 as well, and I get the exact same issue. If you found a solution could you post it here please?
