  • Hey Kotikatu,

It appears the either the plugin settings (or shortcodes) being used on the two sites may be different. For me to check into this further I would need to see the plugin settings from both sites.

To respect your site privacy and settings can I have you submit a support request here and in that request also provide the System Info from each of the sites plugin installation.

To get your plugin’s System Info for each site URL go to each site’s plugin settings:

WordPress DashBoard – Facebook Feed – Settings – Support (tabbed page).
Select all text in the “System Info” by clicking in the box, copy and then paste the ‘System Info’ into your reply.

Also provide the shortcode you are currently using for each site page. I will look for your information through the link provided and assist further as needed.

Hi, I did as you requested. Could you please check the issue out?

…and about the shortcode – I tried using a same one and also tried embedding different attributes into the shortcode, without any success.

We did get your message earlier through our support channel. I logged in and set up a test page with examples from four different account sources on the test page. Can I have you contact us using our support channel method again using “reply” for the earlier response we sent and then I can dig deeper into your issue.

    Thank you.

    David

    Hey Kotikatu,

Refer your request to support ticket #201133 which it is tracked under in our support system. The test page created is at this link

    Hi David,

sorry for not replying earlier. You made the page to display multiple feeds, but the issue still persists with multisite. Try adding a feed to a sub-site page… It displays nothing. It is not a problem for us to buy the plugin if you can make it work with multisite.

    Kind regards,
    Tomi

    Hey Tomi,

Do you have the plugin installed on the main/admin site on your WordPress multi-site setup? If not, it should be. Then you need to “network activate” the plugin on the main site so it is available to be used on any of the sub-sites below that level.

Let me know your current setup situation.

    Hi,

sure, it has been that way all the time. Has this plugin been successfully tested on multi-site?

    Hey Kotikatu,

I have placed three separate feeds on a test page for you and responded back through our normal support page in your request for support there. I will close this thread and if you have further questions please continue through the support page thread that is still active.

    Thank you.

Thank you David! That solved the issue. So one should set the limit of posts not to exceed the maximum. I recommend this extension!!! Have a great weekend

    Hi,

I am having problems again, with another site… I added the new token, and page id. But the feed displays just one “post” with a link to the image “Image”. I do not need images, just the posts and as many of them as possible. Why cannot the feed just work well by default? I sincerely doubt it would work better if it would be paid for. I sent you credentials through the support link you provided earlier.

    Hey Kotikatu,

We received the request and credentials through our secure support page. I will respond through that support ticket directly. Thank you.

    David
