# Error with instaling

 * Every time i try to open install.php I get an error
    _____________________________
   Error establishing a database connection
 * This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.
   php file is incorrect or we can’t contact the database server at freei.me. This
   could mean your host’s database server is down.
 *  Are you sure you have the correct username and password?
    Are you sure that 
   you have typed the correct hostname? Are you sure that the database server is
   running?
 * If you’re unsure what these terms mean you should probably contact your host.
   If you still need help you can always visit the WordPress Support Forums.

   Im not really sure which one… Can someone help me ? _____________________________
   My host is freei.me Im using VistaPanel

 * Hi There,
 * You need to first have a database setup. Do you have the ability to create databases
   with your host? You might be able to do so by
 * 1) clicking on **MySQL databases** in your VistaPanel
 * 2) create a database with a **Create New Database**
 * 3) create a MySQL database user with **Add New User**
 * 4) **add the new user to the new database**
 * Double check your hostname, usually you can keep it as ‘localhost’

 * I already have created new database…
    And I don’t have option to add new user
   or I cant find it.
