• I am trying to use the plugin so that our employees can update their profile on a training site from a themed page rather than the WordPress dashboard. However, I am getting an error message on the Profile page after the section Access information. Here is the error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function genesis_meta_boxes() in /home/focus/www/training/wp-content/themes/genesis/lib/admin/user-meta.php on line 52

You’ll have to look at the Genesis code to figure out where that function is defined and be sure that file is loaded on the profile page.

Does anyone have a fix for this? I’ve got the same error upon using TML and a Genesis theme. Thanks

There’s also this TML support post about the issue

I am getting this same error with Education Pro theme, TML and Genesis 2.5.0. I need a fix ASAP. No leads yet?

Apparently this only happens for administrators. Genesis loads some special, admin only controls, on the user profile screen for users with the administrator role. As those controls are meant to be operated only from the back-end of the website, the error message shows on front-end profile.

Disable front-end profile for administrators from WP Admin -> TML -> Themed Profiles and the error message won’t appear.
