    Is the message that comes up. I don’t know
   what I’m doing wrong.

 * Rikku, check to make sure the file `wp-includes/functions-compat.php` exists 
   and has proper permissions, 755.

 * Have you checked to make sure functions-compat.php is in the folder it’s supposed
   to be in, and has the right permissions (755)?
