[resolved] Error with First Data Global Gateway e4 Plugin (6 posts)

    We are getting an error message about the payment failed on screen, but when we check the First Data system, the payment processed.

    Any ideas??

    Well yeah, the error message contains:
    ”exact_message”:”Transaction Normal”
    ”bank_resp_code”:”100″
    ”bank_message”:”Approved”
    indicating that the purchase is okay - so you need to look at the gateway code and see *why* the gateway is interpreting this response as an error.

    Starfish I am having the same problem with it processing the payment but giving me an error. Did you ever figure out how to fix this?
