    I just transferred my site from an old server into a new one and now i’m getting this error.
    ‘No Posts Found. Are you sure this is a Facebook Page ID and not a Facebook Group or Event ID?’

    although I’m using the same APP key on the old server.

    right now in my old it says
    ‘Your APP Token is working!’
    while the new one tells me
    ‘You are using our Default APP Token.’

    Hey bjimenezl,
    Sorry for the troubles! We need to see the Report from the system info page of the plugin.

    So the domain is the same? Just curious because if you changed it it is possible you need to update the APP on Facebook.

    You may also want to try clearing the token. Hit save. Then add the token back in and hit save.

    I haven’t updated the DNS (so the domain isn’t the same) as we’re just transferring and want to test everything before doing so.

    i did clear the token and went back and didn’t work

    Try something else here. Try turning off all other plugins just leaving on the FTS ones and then try it. It could possibly be a conflict with another plugin.

    Two Things I have noticed here in report.

    First – You need to update both the Free and Premium versions of the plugins. You can get premium from http://www.slickremix.com/my-account/ if you’re key is not expired.

    Second the token checker uses Allow URL File Open and it needs to be set on. Right now it’s showing Allow URL File Open: N/A you can do this from a php.ini file or contact your hosting provider.

    No, we’re still trying to fix it. We changed the setting in php.ini (which BTW is a security risk) but still no content is being show.

    We just changed the API token key and it keeps showing the same You are using our Default APP Token.message

    Since you are a premium user can you please use our forum over here. Make sure you have the latest versions of the plugin active and submit the report from the System Info page of the plugin to please so we can verify the options.
