You can’t connect to sg3plcpnl0016.prod.sin3.secureserver.net and send emails because the server, which hosts your site, doesn’t have correct certificates.

You will need to contact your GoDaddy support and provide them that SMTP Debug: output.
    Especially this:

2018-01-16 09:53:24 Connection: Failed to connect to server. Error number 2. “Error notice: stream_socket_client(): SSL operation failed with code 1. OpenSSL Error messages:
    error:14090086:SSL routines:ssl3_get_server_certificate:certificate verify failed
2018-01-16 09:53:24 Connection: Failed to connect to server. Error number 2. “Error notice: stream_socket_client(): Failed to enable crypto

They will need to do some modifications on a server to fix that.
Unfortunately, nothing can be made from a plugin side. As a temporary workaround, before Godaddy will fix that, you can try to put his snippet of code into you child theme functions.php file: https://gist.github.com/slaFFik/c1d7d4249f47da7195fb973109952090
That may or may not fix the issue.

    Thanks for the quick support/reply.
I will contact godaddy support and let them know the problem.

Once again thanks for the help.
