error with closed tickets

    All tickets are closed, but the icon of “2” open tickets still appears.
    If I enter in the option “not resolved”, the grid is empty

    Is it possible that it is a bad configuration? Where should I check it?

    Hello,

    Please go to Support > Ticket List > More Settings and Save the setting. It will reset the unresolved ticket count.

    It is a known bug. It will be fixed in a future version.
