# Error with cc payment

 * Hi,
 * Setting up WC for the first time. I already installed WC, including the shipping/
   tax and payments plugins. I confirmed all my bank info and my account indicates
   I am ready to process payments (green check box on the appropriate settings-page).
   I get this error when attempting to checkout, on the address page.
 * “Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. 
   Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.”
 * Everything appears to be installed properly. What I am doing wrong? Please advise.
