error with 3.6.6 duplicate column

    I am getting the following Error when updrading or installing the latest version 3.6. I even tried deleting the whole plugin and installing a new. Hope someone can clarify , it says I have a duplicate column ?!?

    SHOW COLUMNS FROM ‘wp_terms’
    You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ”wp_terms” at line 1
    ALTER TABLE wp_terms ADD avhec_term_order INT( 4 ) NULL DEFAULT ‘0’
    Duplicate column name ‘avhec_term_order’

    Same problem here.
    I got the DB errors after 3.6.5 -> 3.6.6 upgrade, with WP 3.4.2
    Upgrading to WP 3.5 didn’t solve anything; reverting to 3.6.5 fixed the issue.

    Hosting: MySQL 5.5 / PHP 5.3.2.
