error with 2.02 and htaccess redirects

I’m sure this has been asked before but the search isn’t throwing up any results.

I upgraded from wordpress 1.5.2 to 2.02 today and now none of my custom htaccess rewrite rules work, which means that a number of my feeds are busted, and a couple of redirects I was doing don’t work.

I’ve googled for a solution but haven’t found anything satisfactory so was hoping one of the geniuses on here could point me in the right direction.
