 * stupidly, this morning i tried uploading a PDF into my blog, i did it through
   the “add media” upload/insert button. i think it uploaded it as a program from
   what i remember earlier.
 * now i cant access the admin panel
 * and the blog isn’t loading everything
 * the pages are working though.

 * Uploading a pdf file to your blog won’t break anything. Looks like you either
   have a badly behaving plugin (or theme) or your one of the template files has
   been corrupted.
