If you haven’t yet, it’s very important you take a few minutes to do so as that literally solves 99% of users’ issues. * In Troubleshooting Guide step 9, it does specifically mention the issue you’re having, and says that if this message comes up consistently even after JavaScript and cookies are enabled, then there most likely is an installation problem, site configuration issue, plugin conflict, or JavaScript conflict. * Also, there is one FAQ that specifically addresses this issue as well and what to do: [I think a legitimate user or comment may have been blocked. For a few weeks, everything went so well, suddenly about 50% of all my sites are struggling with this. When I deactivate the plugin, everything works again perfectly. I really like your product and got very used to it. How can this problem be fixed ??
