# Error while reading line from the server

 * I’m seeing the following error on my cpanel php error_log file.
    “Error while
   reading line from the server. [tcp://127.0.0.1:6379]….”
 * It is not being logged everytime, only once or twice a day.
    Could you please
   help me troubleshooting what could be the reason of this error log?

 * That error means your Redis Server is having some issues. If it’s only 1-2 times
   a day, I’d just ignore it 👍🏻
