    it was working fine, 
   Suddenly it gives me that error, is there any way how to solve it. Thanks for
   this amazing plugin BTW.

 * Do you recall the latest change made on site before this started happening? Even
   if it’s not relevant to form itself.
 * Could you also please export your form and share it here with us? Please do use
   an external service like Pastebin/Dropbox/Gdrive etc.
