error while installing wordpress on iis v5.1

    hi everybody

    first I downloaded php5.3.6
    then downloaded the mysql essentials 5.1.54
    then downloaded mysql administrator 1.1.0
    then downloaded mysql administrator 1.1.13
    I created the username database password
    but still when I put localhost/wp/wp-admin/install.php
    I have Error establishing database connection
