    shut down httpd and use mysqlcheck to check and repair all tables while they are not in use

    mysqlcheck --all-databases -u root -p

    should do it.

    What I suggest you is to go for linux because wordpress do not recommend windows server , oor install iis in your server and download all necessary tools oor buy plesk it will definitely help you .
    Using iis server be very hard to use .
    Download the php 5.6 express and MySQL and phpmyadmin to install wordpress in iis.
