error while installing a theme

    hi
    i am trying to install a new plugin for slider on wordpress
    i am working on local host xampp on my system
    while installing the plugin , it shows an FATAL error like this :

    Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in D:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-includes\class-http.php on line 1597

    please help me
