 * When I’m going to put a cover image or logo in my store, the time to crop the
   image gives this error: There was an error cropping to your image. What can it
   be?

   can you please check if there is any error in the console of the browser.
 * Also, please disable all the plugins except WooCommerce and WC Marketplace and
   check again.
 * Keep us posted also.

 * In the directory: wp-content\plugins\dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor\lib\jquery\upload\
   frontend-media-upload.js I changed where I was “wcmp-cropper” and “wcmp_crop_image”
   for “crop-image” and it worked again.

   make sure you have installed GD Library and the issue should be fixed.
