Have you recently changed the master site you’re cloning FROM?
Does your master site have any files uploaded to it? (wp-content/uploads)

I couldn’t reproduce the error, but I think this could fix it.
Could you download this PHP file and replace your plugin file with this version? If this fixes it, I will push it and deploy it as an official update for the plugin.

Thank you for the updated file, I saw the same error again but this time it has cloned it successfully.
I tried many things to see if something is broken but its all pretty clean still.
