It works fine until you disallow a category. Many related post that should be loaded, Does not load and for some posts you even cant see “No Data” box.

This sounds like a config issue. Did you try to lower the match threshold in the settings? You may be disallowing too much from the “Content Pool” and hence the matches that are left may be below your set match threshold.
