# Error when using the “File Upload Utility”

 * When I try to upload a pdf file using the “file upload utility” on the Write 
   Post Page I get this error message:
 * Unable to create directory /home/httpd/vhosts/cindylocklear.speakupwny.com/httpdocs/
   wp-content/uploads. Is its parent directory writable by the server?
 * How do i overcome this?
