 * I have just upgraded to version 2.3, but have this error which I cannot resolve.
   The error is:

 * Fatal error: Call to undefined function: update_post_category_cache() in /home/
   sites/letterfromwales.com/public_html/blog/wp-includes/category-template.php 
   on line 70

 * Please please help me. This is driving me nuts
