Error when upgrading but payment taken

I’ve just tried to upgrade and successfully paid with PayPal but the redirection page returned an error:
ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH (from Google Chrome)

Can you provide the link or license required to complete the upgrade please?
