Hey, yes. Just type #ffffff in the color box and then change the value with the color picker. It will work.
Let me know if you have any other problem.
Same issue(s) here. All settings lost when plugin updated. Deactivating and reactivating did not fix. Color picker also not working. I’d like my old settings back if possible.
Thanks!

Hey @seeker2734,
If you tried to “save” the options before deactivating-reactivating the plugin, probably the settings might be lost. Still I can help you. Please email me your admin access to libin@libin.in
.
Color picker need a value inside the text box to work. So just enter a random value, say #ffffff
, and then change the color using color-picker.
Let me know if you have any other problems. Happy to help you!
Thanks for the offer, but I’ll just try to re-create. I’d rather not share the administrator login to my site. I’ll let you know if I can’t get the color picker or other settings to work.
I don’t know if this will create a lot of work for you but can you add a view of the login form to see your changes as you make them?

Actually, the updated plugin provides a link at the bottom of its settings page to open the login page in a new tab. It’s quite convenient, and I just need to go to that tab and refresh the login page after saving any settings changes in order to see their effect. Basically the same idea you propose.
Thanks for the suggestion, though!

@abaco1944,
once you made the changes and pressed the save changes button, you can check your login page in a newtab. Check Screenshot
I will try to work on the requested functionality. ie, preview inside the settings page. You can add this suggestion here
Libin,
Appreciate the info….I saw the White Screen and came right here…your tip of re-activating did the trick. Thanks
Hallo Libin,
I had the same problem (configuration lost after update).
Re-activating the plugin didn’t solve, probably because I already tried to change the configuration with the new plugin version. Maybe must be done as the very-first thing.
Anyway, entering a #ffffff value before setting the colors did the trick, I could set the login screen as it was before the update and now I am fully satisfied with it.
Having the color boxes automatically filled with the current values when opening the settings page would be appreciated.
Thank you for this fantastic plugin and for your effort.

Guys,
Ver 3.1 released with bug fixes. Please update to it. If you have any error/trouble, don’t hesitate to reply here or open a new support ticket.
Thank you.
I have updated the plugin and wordpress just this morning. Still have the same issue. I am working on a multisite install of wordpress. The primary blog keeps the settings, but all other sites lose settings.
Any suggestions for multisite? I have tried to network deactivate / network activate and it didn’t help.
Thx

Hey @hopetommola,
This issue is no longer exists. Just make sure that you have the latest version of plugin. If all the fields are empty, please download this json file and upload it to the plugin using import feature. This file contains all default options. And then you can make your custom changes.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Thank you.

Hey Libin,
seems that this issue has returned with ver. 3.2…
Deactivating and reactivating does resolve it though.
