Error when trying to load Dashboard

HI there,

I have connected SIte Kit to this site, but am getting the following error when trying to load the DashBoard:

Must call google.charts.load before google.charts.setOnLoadCallback

in n in div in n in m in div in div in div in div in n in div in n in Unknown in Unknown in Unknown in Unknown in WithFilters(t) in n in n in div in div in div in div in n in a

Can you help fix this please?

@mrlennyman Thanks for reporting. Can you follow the steps below and inform me if you are able to proceed with Site Kit setup?
– Update to the latest version of the plugin (There is an update available, 1.3.1)
– Reset Site Kit
– Attempt setup from a browser incognito window

Let me know if the above allows you to view dashboard as expected. If not can you share your Site Health information?

@mrlennyman a quick update that we’re investigating the issue here on our repository. Another user was able to resolve the error in this topic. In their case, it was due to a plugin conflict. If you’d like to provide a list of your plugins or the Site Health information requested, perhaps we can spot something.

@mrlennyman sounds great, thank you! Another user was able to narrow it down to this Analytics plugin. Do you happen to have this installed?

That indeed was the issue – this had been installed by the previous developer.
The issue is now fixed!
