    Hey @shopatonlinestore!

    Great question! Looks like the error message is quite generic.

    Does this happen when you are trying to “add” a new theme or “activate” it? Does it happen with all themes?

    You may need to do some debugging to get more relevant info: https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/

    I hope you understand that the link you posted needs admin credentials for others to view. Please post a screenshot of the error. Also please check whether the theme that you are trying to upload/activate is compatible with your WP version.
