 * Hi There, I am able to connect to the search console, however each time I try
to connect to Analytics it says that it already has all of the permissions have
been granted and then redirects me back to the WordPress dashboard with the error
   below.
 * It also disconnects the Search console and each time I’m back to the Set up Site
   Kit page….
 * “Unable to receive access token because of an invalid authorization code or refresh
   token. Redo the plugin setup”
 * Any advice on what may be the issue? It just keeps taking me around in circles.
   Thanks!

 * Thanks for opening a support topic. Both the authorization token notice and your
disconnection during Analytics setup sounds unusual. Please share the below information
so we can investigate this further and help you get connected:
    1. Your Site Health information. You can use [this form](https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1lhjns2K7c0Ny7ME4gxTcsnYtNUtcMr8BvFpPQi23Y1E/)
       to share privately if preferred.
    2. Does the same issue occur when you attempt Analytics setup from a Chrome [incognito window](https://i.imgur.com/ALzgiHp.png)?

 * PageSpeed insights connects ok instantly but not Analytics. It requests the signin
again and I’m back where I started.
 * Incognito makes no difference I’m afriad. I tried the latest update for the Sitekit
   also.
 * Info submitted via the form. Thanks for your assistance.

 * Many thanks for sharing. I noticed you have another Analytics plugin at present.
Was this active when attempting to setup the Analytics module within Site Kit?
While Site Kit can recognize existing snippets placed via plugins I’m wondering
are there particular configurations applied which may be resulting in the issue
   you’re encountering.
 * Please attempt setup with your other Analytics plugin temporarily deceived and
inform me if you’re able to proceed.

 * Sorry, I should have mentioned that. Yes, that plugin was disabled. Obviously
we do not want to go for extended time without tracking.

 * That makes sense. In that case let’s see if the below allows you to proceed with
   Analytics module setup:
    1. Login to your site from a Chrome browser incognito window
    2. Install and activate the [Health Check & Troubleshooting](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/)
       plugin.
    3. Navigate to “Plugins > Health Check & Troubleshooting > Troubleshoot”.
    4. From the same screen click on the “Available Plugins” tab at the top right and
then click on the “Enable” option next to “Site Kit by Google”
    5. Attempt to connect the Analytics module within Site Kit once more
 * You can [exit troubleshooting](https://i.imgur.com/Z4b1bk0.jpg) mode afterwards.
The above will temporarily deactivate all plugins for you only, as a logged in
user. It can be useful to troubleshooting potential plugin conflicts or configurations
   impacting setup.
 * Let me know how you get on after attempting the above.

 * As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open
   a [new support topic](https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/google-site-kit/#new-post)
if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to
   assist.
