# Error when scanning | Elementor

   When scaning the site for malware the scanner stops and displays an error.
   In the logs of the webserver I see this:[Thu Sep 24 15:13:53.077297 2026] [proxy_fcgi:

   PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Elementor\Core\Base\Document(
   previously declared in /var/www/clients/client/web70/web/wp-content/plugins/elementor/
   core/base/document.php:37) in /var/www/clients/client/web70/web/wp-content/plugins/
   elementor/core/base/document.php on line 37’, referer: [https://domain-xyz.de/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=spbc&spbc_tab=scanner](https://domain-xyz.de/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=spbc&spbc_tab=scanner)
   I´ve tried to add “wp-content/plugins/elementor” to the “Directory and file exclusions
   for the malware scanner” but this does not help.Do you have any idea what I can
   do?Best regards!

 * We’ve fixed the issue. Could you please install the fix version from [this link](https://github.com/CleanTalk/security-malware-firewall/archive/refs/heads/fix_heuristic_stage_av.zip)?
 * Please follow these steps:
    - Go to the **WordPress Administrator Dashboard** → **Plugins**.
    - Find **Security by CleanTalk** → **Deactivate**.
    - After the page automatically refreshes, find **Security by CleanTalk** again
      → Delete and confirm by clicking **“Yes, delete these files”**.
    - Download the plugin archive from here:
    - Go to **Plugins** → **Add New** → **Upload Plugin**.
    - Choose the downloaded archive and click **“Install Now”**.
