• I get an error message when trying to sign up on my website: Email not added. Please try again.

This means none is able to sign up to our email list.

This has been working in the past – possibly stopped working after the latest update.

What can I do to get this working?

  • I’m observing the same issue. First see the error ’email not added’ if I press submit again I see a ‘captcha’ error.

Can you try to disconnect and then re-connect your account again. To do this click on the Campaign Monitor plugin tab on the left side navigation then click on Settings then Click on “Disconnect Account” once the account has been disconnected just go to through the process of reconnecting again. Let me know if this helps.

I had to rollback to the last stable version, so can’t test if the disconnect/reconnect will work.
When using the newest version of the plugin, the forms that were created would not even load in the admin settings page – so I think there are perhaps other issues with the latest version.

The plugin appears to be very broken.

I was experiencing the same problem as OP. Did as suggested and disconnected my account. Bad move, now I can’t access any of my forms. After successfully linking my account and entering my client ID and secret I don’t get any of the other menu options.

The only option is to connect my account all over again?

Have also tried uninstalling and re-installing the plugin. No good.

How do I get a copy of an older version??

Simplest way to rollback is this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-rollback/
