# Error when parsing JSON database value: “Syntax error”

 * I get this error message when I try to put in my “from” email address. The adress
   IS authorized but I still get this error message
    Error when parsing JSON database
   value: “Syntax error”
 * Please help

 * This could be a plugin or theme conflict. Can you disable all your plugins and
   see if MailPoet works? 
 * If it does work, enable all your other plugins one after the other until MailPoet
   breaks again. You’ll be able to tell us which plugin is at fault.
