# Error when installing themes and plugins

 * Good evening.
 * I have been struggling for the past week. I have tried to install The Theme Foundry’s
   Make Plus theme (as a plugin) and then Themify’s Wumblr themes and then their
   Builder plugin. Each time I have tried to install the themes and plugins, I get
   this error message:
    ** “The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT(-
   10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”
 * Because it keeps happening, and with different plugins and themes from different
   companies, I am wondering if it is a WordPress.Org problem. Does this mean I 
   shan’t ever be able to change my theme again? Can someone help please?
 * I am just an ordinary blogger and really non-technical.
